Lidge loses closer's job for Astros.

One week into the season, the Houston Astros have a new closer. Brad Lidge was demoted Monday in favor of Dan Wheeler, a move made one day after Lidge gave up five runs in two-third of an inning against the St. Louis Cardinals.

I don't seem to have the same problems viewing rm streams that I did before, so I went ahead and ripped a handful of the TWIB segments from 2003 and 2002. Stopped by the library this morning to pick up The Children of Men, right? Turns out there's ONE copy in the entire Baltimore County Public Library system. And it's in Towson. So they're sending it over to my branch, which means it's just me and the The Unconsoled for a few more days.
